Fall 2010 Collection Spotlight: Rivke, the Wire Wrapped Gemstones

I chose mostly teardrop shaped precious and semi-precious briolettes for a series of new gemstone pendants and earrings. All gems are tightly coiled with 24, 22 and 20 gauge sterling silver wire and anti-tarnish silver plated wire for a lovely, even, smooth gleam of silver. These were meant to be the simplest, most minimalist pieces available at Amore Valkyrie. The gemstones can be mixed and matched with blank sterling silver charms also available. They are meant for every day wear - the go-to pop of sparkle and color for any occasion.
